Primary Sedimentation Chamber
Purpose:
Removal of heavy suspended solids such as sand, gravel, and debris.

Process:
  • Influent enters the chamber through the inlet pipe
  • Heavy particles settle to the bottom by gravity
  • Floating contaminants (e.g., oil) rise to the surface
  • Partially treated water flows to the next stage
Lamella (Plate) Separation
Purpose:
Efficient removal of fine suspended solids and oil droplets.

Design:
Inclined plate modules increase the effective settling area.

Process:
  • Water flows between inclined plates
  • Fine particles settle onto plate surfaces
  • Sludge slides down into the collection zone
  • Oil accumulates at the surface
  • Clarified water moves to the next stage
Coalescing Separation
Purpose:
Removal of fine dispersed oil droplets.

Design:
Coalescing media made of hydrophobic materials with a developed porous structure.

Process:
  • Water passes through coalescing media
  • Small oil droplets adhere to surfaces and merge into larger droplets
  • Enlarged droplets rise to the surface due to buoyancy
  • Separated oil accumulates at the top of the chamber
  • Partially treated water flows to the final stage
Sorption Filtration
Purpose:
Final polishing of water by removing dissolved and residual contaminants, including hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and organic compounds.

Design:
High-efficiency sorption cartridges filled with advanced filtration media.
