Modern biological wastewater treatment stations for private homes and cottages. Forget about septic truck pumping and unpleasant odors on your property. Wastewater treatment efficiency reaches up to 98%, with the possibility of discharging treated water into the ground or drainage ditch.
PRIMELOS local sewage systems convert wastewater into technically purified water without color or odor. Thanks to the sealed station housing and forced aeration technology, fermentation processes are completely eliminated. You can install the station in close proximity to residential buildings or recreation areas — your property will always have clean air and complete environmental safety.
The main advantage of our systems is fast installation without damaging the landscape. The tanks are designed so they can be installed manually in just one working day, without heavy machinery. This reliable and long-lasting solution operates stably even during interruptions in use and requires minimal maintenance without regular septic truck services.
100% odor-free operation

How Does It Works
Technology Overview
The system operates on the principle of biological wastewater treatment. Aerobic microorganisms inside the treatment unit break down organic contaminants using oxygen, ensuring efficient and environmentally safe purification of domestic wastewater.
Primary Chamber
Wastewater enters the receiving chamber through the inlet pipeline. In this compartment, suspended solids and organic matter are separated: heavier particles settle to the bottom while preliminary anaerobic decomposition of pollutants begins.
Aeration Chamber
Partially clarified wastewater flows into the aeration chamber, where biological treatment is intensified through controlled oxygen supply. Aerobic bacteria actively oxidize dissolved organic contaminants, significantly improving treatment efficiency.
Secondary Clarification
Wastewater located in the third chamber is periodically transferred by a submersible recirculation pump through the flow distribution unit to two stages of the treatment process:
to the upper section of the septic unit — the biofilter, where wastewater is evenly distributed over the filter media surface by means of a spray diffuser;
to the second section, to the ejector, where the recirculating water undergoes additional oxygen saturation using atmospheric air supplied through the air intake system.
Discharge
The treated effluent is clear, odor-free water suitable for discharge into a drainage system.

Installation
Installation and Maintenance of PRIMELOS Stations
Station Installation
PRIMELOS stations can be installed independently:
An excavation pit is prepared
The station is installed vertically on a sand bedding layer
The station is connected to the sewage pipeline and power supply for pump operation
After connection, the station is backfilled with sand up to the neck and covered with soil
Maintenance
The station should be serviced twice a year. Maintenance includes:
Pumping out excess sludge using a dirty-water drainage pump
Rinsing the pump and biofilter with clean water

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Unlike a conventional septic tank, PRIMELOS stations use forced aeration (oxygen saturation), which prevents anaerobic decomposition and eliminates unpleasant odors. The treated water at the outlet is clear and odor-free.
Yes, standard toilet paper can be flushed safely, as it fully decomposes inside the system. However, wet wipes, hygiene products, cigarette butts, and other non-biodegradable waste should not be disposed of into the station, as they may clog the filters.
The station will continue operating in conventional septic mode (sedimentation). Treatment efficiency may temporarily decrease, but the system itself will remain fully operational. Once power is restored, the biological treatment process automatically returns to normal within a few hours.
No. PRIMELOS stations use activated sludge — naturally forming colonies of beneficial microorganisms that develop and reproduce on their own through incoming organic matter and oxygen supply. No additional bacterial additives are required.
In the traditional sense — virtually never. Approximately once a year (or less frequently for seasonal use), excess activated sludge should be removed using the built-in pump or a standard drainage pump. The resulting sludge is biologically safe and can be used as fertilizer for ornamental plants.
No. The biological treatment process generates heat, and the station body is installed below the frost line. When the system is used regularly during winter, freezing is not an issue. If the house is left unoccupied for the season, simple lid insulation is usually sufficient for winter preservation.

Order a PRIMELOS Residential Wastewater Treatment Systems Directly from the Manufacturer
PRIMELOS manufactures advanced biological wastewater treatment systems for private homes, summer cottages, and residential developments. Our stations are an efficient alternative to traditional septic tanks and cesspits. Thanks to forced aeration technology, wastewater treatment efficiency reaches up to 98%, allowing the treated water to be safely discharged into the ground, drainage ditches, or reused for irrigation of non-edible plants. The price of a PRIMELOS autonomous sewage system is more affordable when purchased directly from the manufacturer, without intermediaries. We produce systems with capacities ranging from 0.6 to 30 m³/day, suitable for both small households and large residential properties. Every station undergoes strict quality control, ensuring complete watertightness and structural durability under ground pressure for up to 50 years.
